Ecole Macaulay Elementary PAC Fun Lunches

MacPAC Fun Lunch offers pre-ordered lunches for purchase, delivered to the school monthly. Kids enjoy a special lunch, families get a break from packing lunches, and any profits benefit PAC activities.

How to set up your Macaulay HotLunches.net account for the school year:

• Click on "Click Here to Register"

• Enter Access Code: MHL

• Complete the rest of the registration form. Please include your email address.

• Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom to create your parent account.

• Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends École Macaulay Elementary to your account

• Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"

• Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)

You can order one lunch at a time or order multiple scheduled lunches at once. Orders and payments for each monthly Fun Lunch must be completed by 11:59 PM on the Sunday before each fun lunch to be included in the order.

Payment tip: The PAC is charged a processing fee for each payment transaction. If possible, please place orders for multiple dates and/or multiple children before making a payment. Combining purchases into one payment helps reduce processing fees and keeps more funds with the PAC. 

2026/27 Friday Fun Lunch dates and ordering deadlines:

September 25, 2026- order by September 20

October 16, 2026- order by October 11

November 20, 2026- order by November 15

December 11, 2026- order by December 6

January 29, 2027- order by January 24

February 19, 2027- order by February 14

March 12, 2027- order by March 7

April 23, 2027- order by April 18

May 28, 2027- order by May 23

June 11, 2027- order by June 6

FAQs

1. When do orders and payments close? Orders and payments close at 11:59PM on the Sunday before each fun lunch. Orders that are not completed and paid by the deadline will not be included. 

2. What if I don’t complete an order or payment by the deadline? If your order or payment is incomplete by the deadline, it won’t be included in the order.

3. My child will not be at school on the upcoming Fun Lunch day but I already ordered and paid. Can I cancel the order and get a refund?  Sorry, we are unable to make changes or process refunds, but we appreciate you letting us know. If it is after the order deadline, we'll find someone else to enjoy the lunch so it doesn't go to waste. If it is before the order deadline, we are able to cancel the lunch and redirect the money back into the PAC as a donation. 

4. My child was away on Fun Lunch day, could I please get a refund? Sorry, we are unable to provide refunds, but please consider it a donation. No lunches go to waste at the school.

5. How does my child get their lunch on Fun Lunch day? Panago delivers the pizza to the school in time for lunch. Student portions are individually packaged and organized by division, and staff and parent volunteers help distribute the lunches. 

6. Are there dietary options? Yes. Cheese, pepperoni, and hawaiian pizza are available, along with gluten-free, dairy-free, and gluten/dairy free options. Please review the menu carefully when ordering. 

7. How much pizza is one order? One pizza order is 1/4 of a large pizza, equivalent to approximately 2 slices.

8. Can I order and pay for each lunch separately, or just choose some of the dates? Yes. You can place orders anytime after September 11th, but don't need to finalize and pay for the lunches until a week before the lunch date.

9. Can I change an order after I have paid?  No, paid orders are final. For more flexibility, consider placing and paying for your orders closer to each monthly deadline.
